Big Red was called in due to water leaks which cause the parquet to moisture ingress. Big Red was able to restore the parquet to its pre-loss condition by identifying the leak and repairing it, dehumidifying the parquet to remove the excess moisture, re-sanding/grinding and varnishing it.
